Each set is uniquely crafted for individual customers, and therefore, we are unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges for your order. If there are any design modifications needed, please inform us promptly so that we can make adjustments prior to commencing the set's production.
Please be aware that once Australia Post accepts our parcels, we cannot be held responsible for any theft or loss that may occur thereafter. Our shipping service does not include a signature on delivery.
For those who prefer, a free pick-up option is available at a residential address in Saint Clair. Kindly select this option only if you are able to travel to this specific address.
