1. Apply a piece of tape horizontally over your nail.
2. Press down on both sides to form a crease.
3. With a marker, mark the edge of the nail. Repeat on all nails.
4. Remove the tap and place it onto a flat surface. With a ruler, using the millimeter side, note down each finger's width in mm ( measure between the lines)

1. Wash your hands.
2. Using the cuticle pusher, push back your cuticles.
3. Using the nail filer and buffer, buff the surface of your nails then wipe off each nail with the alcohol wipe.
4. Measurements should fit your nail however if you need to fit your exact cuticle shape, simply file your press ons.
5. Apply glue or adhesive tabs to your natural nails and place it just under cuticles.
6. Glue or stick the press ons to your nails and hold for 30 seconds.
7. It is best to avoid using water for next 2 hours

1. Fill a bowl with warm water and add some dish soap. Soak nails.
2. If you have used adhesive tabs, soak for 5 minutes. If glue was used, soak for 10-15 minutes.
3. Use the cuticle stick and gently push the nail up from underneath. If you find some resistance, soak the nails a little bit longer.
4. Remove glue residue from your nails with the filer.
5. Finish off with moisturising your nails with cuticle oil.
